Celebrating 10 Years of Story Shop

Join us at the Edinburgh International Book Festival to celebrate 10 years of Story Shop from Edinburgh UNESCO City of Literature

Story Shop is Edinburgh UNESCO City of Literature’s flagship programme in support of emerging writers. Every year unpublished authors compete for the chance to read at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.

Since 2007 over 150 writers have taken part in Story Shop, many of whom have gone on to be published.

Tonight we will celebrate this programme by filling Charlotte Square with stories. Readings take place every 15 minutes from 6.30pm, all free.
