26 Winters

I’ve been selected to take part in 26 Winters, a collaboration between writers collective 26 and the Museum of Childhood in Edinburgh. 

26 writers will be matched with 26 objects from the museum. Each writer is then asked to write a sestude about their particular object. A sestude is a work consisting of 62 words – a 26 invention.

The objects, and our sestudes, will then appear in an exhibition that will run at the museum from October 2015 until March 2016.

In the lead up to Christmas 2015, each of the 26 objects and matching sestudes will be revealed, one by one, in an online advent calender.

The whole project is helping to raise money for the charity Its Good 2 Give.
