I am off to Hamburg this weekend to take part in the 2020 British Council Germany Literature Seminar – Scottish Literature Now.
This famous and longstanding seminar celebrates and showcases all things British literature. This year it is chaired by Professor Louise Welsh, with a special focus on Scottish Literature.
I am thrilled to have been invited as one of the showcased authors. I will be taking part in epic reading events, panel discussions and workshops alongside other Scottish writers Kirsty Logan, Malachy Tallak and Jay G Ying.
The whole event takes place at the Literaturhaus in Hamburg and runs from the evening of Thursday 13 February to the lunchtime of Saturday 15 February.
