Edinburgh International Book Festival 2025: Alex Howard

Delighted to be in conversation with bestselling author, Alex Howard on his latest cat’s-eye view of Edinburgh.

In Library Cat, Howard conjured a witty collection of observations on the University of Edinburgh from its most famous feline resident.

Now in The Ghost Cat, he explores a century of change in a Marchmont tenement from a phantom cat’s point of view.

This event is part of the Edinburgh International Book Festival 2025.
