Guest Editor PENing E-zine

Delighted to announce that I will be guest editor for the November issue of PENing, the Scottish PEN e-zine.

Submissions are open until 30 September, with winning entries published online at You can submit up to three poems of up to 50 lines each, or a prose piece of up to 2000 words.

PEN International was founded in 1921 in the aftermath of World War One, with the aim of promoting fellowship and co-operation between writers. Scottish PEN was founded six years later, initiated by Hugh MacDiarmid and supported by many of the leading writers of the time.
