Hurricane Book Club

Blown in to Orkney Library in Kirkwall for the Hurricane Book Club featuring, The Other Mrs Walker.

Spent a glorious 90 minutes discussing all the ins and outs and beginnings and endings and general nitty gritty of Mrs Walker with the wonderful Orkney Library Hurricane book group.

Lots of excellent opinions about a range of different things. Great to be able to talk about the ending without any spoilers as they had all read the whole thing.

Meanwhile, Librarian of the Year, Stewart Bain and Gillian Mackay from Pan Macmillan were live tweeting the event to some of Orkney Library’s 23,000 Twitter followers.
