Fabulous launch for, The Other Mrs Walker at Wohl Pathology Museum, Surgeons Hall, Edinburgh.
What an amazing evening with 180 guests, bubbly and chit chat, oranges and lucky coronation pennies, a chaise longue and the most spine tingling rendition, Clementine I’ve ever heard.
Thank you to everyone who came along.
And special thanks to Peggy Hughes of Literary Dundee (my mistress of ceremonies), to the Grid Iron ladies for keeping me on the straight and narrow (and for the chaise), to Surgeons Hall for an amazing venue (and lots of interesting things in jars), Golden Hare books for the fantastic display of book selling and Maria Rejt from Mantle/Pan Macmillan for her lovely opening words.
It was superb!
