This is a great feature that uses the case of Isabella Purves to consider the subject matter of the novel.

Isabella Purves was found dead at her top floor flat in Canonmills, Edinburgh in 2009. When the police officers from the Edinburgh Enquiry Team searched through all the mail that had accrued behind her front door, they realised she had died about 5 years previously.
