Chair of the Society of Authors in Scotland

I am now the sole Chair of the Society of Authors in Scotland.

Following the resignation of my co-chair, Helen Sedgwick in July 2025 I will  be taking on the role of Chair in its entirety.

I look forward to working with, and on behalf of, all authors in Scotland to ensure that our rights and livelihoods are protected, and our voices heard, in the run up to the Scottish elections in 2026 and beyond.
