26 for Norwich

My short story about the Paston Family is now live at no. 26 on Norwich 26.

This collaboration between the writers collective 26 and Writers Centre Norwich matched 26 writers from across the UK with 26 writers from Norwich’s rich literary past to celebrate its designation as England’s first UNESCO City of Literature.

My match was the Paston Family – three generations of feuding, litigating, social climbing folk from the 15th century, who chronicled their familial ups and downs in a series of amazing letters that still survive today.

My contribution is at no. 26 where you can also see a creation story explaining how the story came about.
