Once Upon A Crime Book Festival

Really delighted to be taking part in East Lothian’s very own book festival – Once Upon A Crime.

Spanning libraries across the region, from Musselburgh to Dunbar, this festival offers everything from author events, to discussion panels, specialist talks and book launches.

Do join me on Friday 15 July at 7pm for a panel – Going Undercover – all about whether the covers of crime novels can ‘make or break’ a novel and how they actually come about.

I will be joined by fellow crime writers Susi (S.J.I) Holliday and Jackie Baldwin, and Blackwell’s bookseller, Matthew Land. We will be kept in order by Bill Plain, East Lothian’s Community Librarian and a Carnegie judge.

The event takes place at Haddington Library. It is FREE. But please do book a place in advance by emailing haddington.library@eastlothian.gov.uk or telephone 01620 827827 (and ask for Haddington library).
